It is horribly bad translation in fact.
I had someone asking me to link to a Belorussian translation of a random post on my blog. I assumed it's a SEO scam.
2Aliaksey: I don't know Belorussian, so I couldn't check it - I think, that somebody practising in language.
Regarding SEO scam - I don't know, this translator asked me for permission to translate, several months ago
Most likely machine translation. As for SEO just look at site hosting the page.
