Add news feed to my site

I just uploaded updated version of my site - now it has 'News' section & news feed. Now you can obtain information about important updates (new and modified articles, etc.) from my site via Atom.
This sections are generated from org-mode files via blorg. There are some problems and non-implemented functional with publication (but i hope to resolve them in several days):

• Wrong generation of relative links
• Navigation on these page are differs from other site
• Wrong generation of file names for topics, not including ascii symbols
