During conversations with one of peoples regarding possibilities of job in Russia, related to the programming in Scheme (i had acted as a consultant ;-), i had found, that GMail show me ad with job position with requirements to programming in functional languages.
In last time (as i look on the job sites), there is increase of job postings, related to the programming in functional languges. And Microsoft also was crazy enough to hire a F#/Ocaml developer for creating software for verification of source code of drivers for windows :-)

Yesterday had finished re-reading of "Mythical man-month" by Fred Broocs. I had readed it before, 3 or 4 years ago.
What i can say about it - and after 30 years after first release, this book is still actual - as before, managers thinking, that adding of new peoples will speed up the development, accepts wrong architecture decisions, etc. Had found in book several cases, that already applicable for our new project and currently thinking on how to try to avoid or fix them.
