This month i had working with many types of unixes - Linux, FreeBSD, Solaris and HP-UX. HP-UX is strangest system among listed above. Software installation from packages is done in many steps, so i wonder, how administrators working with it.
Now i waiting for Solaris 10 distribution, will try to install it to my desktop machine and play with it - my firends say, that version for x86 is very usable on different types of hardware. This was weak place in Solaris 8 & 9 for x86, and Sun fixed this in 10th version
